Limited Liability Company "CONSTANTA" was established in 1993 for scientific and applied research in the development and serial production of devices for comprehensive non-destructive testing of objects made of metallic and non-metallic materials, as well as protective and functional coatings of all types:

• Electrospark flaw detectors of dielectric coatings;

• devices for comprehensive control of electro-physical and geometric characteristics of coatings;

• metal hardness testers;

• ultrasonic wall thickness gauges of metal and nonmetal products;

• ultrasonic transducers for thickness measurement, flaw detection and flowmetry;

• conductivity meters;

• eddy current flaw detectors.

The priority is the creation and production of knowledge-intensive high-tech devices, aimed at professional users. High technical characteristics of the devices, convenience and simplicity in operation are provided due to the combination of more than 20-year experience in the field of nondestructive testing, use of classical and original methods of information processing, application of the latest achievements of the world circuit base and modern production technologies.

All equipment has appropriate certificates of compliance.

Metrological Service of CONSTANTA LLC carries out verification, repair and maintenance of measuring instruments in its own laboratory, is listed in the register of the Federal Information Fund on Uniformity of Measurements of July 19, 2012.

The company employs three doctors of technical sciences, five candidates of science. Leading specialists regularly participate in seminars and conferences both in our country and abroad.

"The Guild of Russian Manufacturers of NDT Equipment and Technologies (hereinafter referred to as "the Guild") was established on the initiative of the President of RSNTTD to develop the industry of non-destructive testing (NDT) and technical diagnostics (TD) in Russia and at the international level. The Guild is a voluntary community of NDT specialists, who accept the rules established for the Guild members, share the goals of the Guild and are ready to participate in the implementation of the tasks set. The Guild is established within the structure of RSNTTD, is not a legal entity and carries out its activities on a non-paid basis. In its activities, the Guild shall be guided by this Statute, the Charter of the RSNTTD and the norms of the Russian legislation. Decisions made by the Guild for the members of the Guild shall have, as a rule, a recommendatory nature.

Aims:

• Creating a platform for communication, exchange of professional experience and development of joint solutions and initiatives.

• Formation of positive image of the domestic manufacturers of oil and gas equipment as a reliable and professional suppliers for Russian and international consumers of NDT and TD equipment and technologies;

• Promotion of understanding among managers and technical specialists of customer companies and state structures about the importance and necessity of using modern means and technologies of oil and gas protection.

• Assistance in promotion and protection of interests of the Guild members at the Russian and international levels.

Objectives:

• Formation of the Guild's common position on the key issues of development of the NDT, CM and TD industry in the Russian Federation.

• Together with the RSNTTD, resolving issues of cooperation with state structures and corporations, including those aimed at priority development and application of domestic means and technologies and elimination of barriers for their implementation;

• Protection of interests of Guild members both in competition with suppliers of foreign equipment and in fight against unscrupulous domestic companies;

• Formation of professional and transparent market of high quality means and technologies of NDT, TD and CM;

• Exchange of experience in solving the problems, common for all company managers;

• Formation of positions and issues for discussion in EFNDT and ICNDT working groups, using the representation of RSNTTD in them;

• To share the opportunities and resources of the companies and the RSNTTD in realization of joint projects, including participation in international exhibitions, seminars and conferences;

• Support, development, and formation of the image and status of the key industry events: All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference and NDT Territory Forum.

• Organization of publications in scientific and popular science magazines and online resources about achievements and capabilities of NDT and TD to promote and implement the latest developments and to attract young professionals to the industry.

• Search and support of young and talented scientists and developers, new projects through the establishment of grants and prizes, support of the national award on NDT and TD, holding competitions of works and achievements, youth scientific and technical conferences, assistance to specialized departments and divisions of educational institutions.
